I do find it funny they allow people to buy all their sec back now while I have flown hours in circles in GW farming sec back in the past when needed in a bomber... So it seems they want to make it easy for sec (which was easy) but not for faction?

So the "ambiguous entity" that is ExE is not CFC or HBC? funny cuz i thought they were both, and lets all be serious HBC = CFC, when was the last time TEST shot goons in an actual fight? NEVER TEST reps goons supers attacked by other HBC members.
